January bring a fresh start. Bumpy. Good to be back to routines and January Traditions. We are doing the Read Aloud Revival 31 Day challenge with some new books and screen time rewards. We are forcing crocuses and plodding on with Spanish.
This month we study our government with a virtual field trip on the constitution, the inauguration and a political speech writing project. For science we are learning about gardening. We hosted a nature study on the different plants that store food such as bulbs, corms, tubers, tuberous roots and rhizomes. For global studies we are learning about France, Canada, Switzerland and beginning a new map.
